Reflexology is an oriental foot massage, working on the pressure points on the foot which relate to certain parts of the body. This treatment helps to relieve stress and tension, and promotes a great sense of well-being.
There is some suggestion that Reflexology may aid:

In general, Reflexology may be used just once, but its benefits are best felt when used at regular intervals. You do not have to be unwell to feel the benefits as it acts not only as an aid to recovery, but also as a disease preventative.

Nor is it suitable if you suffer from epilepsy, thrombosis or had recent surgery.
